The Firm believes in keeping clients’ costs
down by employing cost-effective staffing strategies to effectively handle
clients’ matters without maintaining the overhead of a larger firm structure.
The Firm achieves this goal by the use of Project Attorneys on some matters.
The Firm draws on its relationships with solo
practitioners and small law firms to provide support to its clients, when
additional attorneys are needed for a client’s matter. The Firm’s relationship
with such Project Attorneys is by contract. Project Attorneys maintain their
own law practices and have separate professional identities. Any work done by
Project Attorneys is billed directly to the client by the Project Attorneys,
unless otherwise agreed to by the Firm.
